Most homeowners call us because something changed. A storm came through, a ceiling stain appeared, or a roof that has been fine for twenty years suddenly is not. The hard part is rarely the work itself. It is knowing whether you need a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all yet.
That is what the free roof inspection is for. We inspect the roof, look at the parts you cannot see from the ground, and tell you what we find. If it can wait, we say so. Communication and transparency are the things we are actually trying to be known for, and neither survives a sales pitch dressed up as an inspection.

A free inspection that always ends in a replacement quote is not an inspection. If your roof has years left, that is the answer you get.
You will know what your warranty covers
Shingles come with a manufacturer warranty. That covers a manufacturing defect, which is not how most roofs fail. Before you sign, we walk you through exactly what it covers and what it does not, in writing.
One point of contact from start to finish
Roofing takes a sales visit, a crew, and a project manager. You should not have to keep track of that. You get one number to call and one person who owns the answer.
We finish the job with you, not behind you
At the end of every job we walk the work with you and you sign a certificate of completion on site. If something is not right, you say so while we are still there.
Credentials you can check yourself
PA and Connecticut registration and BBB accreditation are public records you can look up yourself. We will show you the certificate of insurance. We would rather you checked all of it.

Our office is in Refton, which puts most of southern Lancaster County within a short drive. We also work in Delaware County and Bucks County in Pennsylvania, and in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
