Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and your communications with King Exterior LLC. By using this site you agree to them.

What this site is

This website provides information about our roofing, siding and gutter services and a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is a binding quote, an offer of work, or a guarantee that we can take on a particular project.

Prices, availability and service areas can change. A written scope of work provided to you directly is the thing that governs a project, not this website.

Text messaging (SMS)

Program description. If you opt in, King Exterior sends text messages relating to your inquiry and project. Transactional and service messages include inspection confirmations, appointment reminders, project updates, estimate follow-ups and review requests. Marketing messages, which require a separate opt-in, include seasonal offers and promotions.

Opting in. Consent is given by checking a box on our contact form. It is optional, it is never a condition of purchase or of receiving service, and the two consents are separate from each other.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction. Our text messaging program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

Privacy. Information collected through the text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Registration and insurance

King Exterior LLC is a Pennsylvania Registered Home Improvement Contractor, registration number PA153624. Pennsylvania registers home improvement contractors rather than licensing them.

We carry $1,000,000 general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Warranties

Any warranty or guarantee that applies to your project is the one set out in your written agreement with us.

Materials carry warranties from their manufacturers, which are separate from anything in your agreement with us and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images and layout, belongs to King Exterior LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. King Exterior LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they were last revised.
