Where King Exterior works
Our office is in Refton, in southern Lancaster County. Most of the Solanco area is fifteen minutes away.

We work across Lancaster County from an office in Refton, which puts Quarryville, Willow Street, New Providence, Gap and Christiana all within a short drive. That matters more than it sounds: a contractor who is already nearby will actually come back to look at something small.
Beyond Lancaster County we take work in Delaware County and Bucks County in Pennsylvania, and in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. We are a registered home improvement contractor in Pennsylvania and Connecticut, and we take storm restoration work in Connecticut.

Areas with a page
Every area we work in regularly. The Lancaster County towns are where most of our work is.
Quarryville, PA
Our office is about seven miles from the middle of Quarryville. We are not driving down from Lancaster city.
Willow Street, PA
A real contractor with a real office nearby, rather than a landing page pointed at your postcode.
New Providence, PA
The next village over from our office. You will not find a closer roofing contractor.
Refton, PA
This is where our office is. Refton is not a service area for us, it is home.
Gap, PA
The eastern edge of our regular territory, and a part of the county with its own weather.
Christiana, PA
Three eastern Lancaster County villages we cover together, because that is genuinely how we work them. Also covers Paradise, Bird-in-Hand.
Delaware County, PA
We work across Delco from our office in southern Lancaster County.
Bucks County, PA
Bucks is a regular service area for us, worked out of our Lancaster County office.
Cherry Hill, NJ
Cherry Hill is our regular New Jersey service area.
Also covered
Connecticut
Storm restoration work. No dedicated page: we go where the storm was rather than working a fixed territory.
If you are outside these areas, call anyway. If we cannot take the work we will say so on the first call rather than after an appointment.
