Your Refton roofing contractor
This is where our office is. Refton is not a service area for us, it is home.
King Exterior operates out of Refton. When we say we are local, we mean the office is here.
We handle asphalt roofing, vinyl siding and aluminum gutters for Refton and the surrounding Providence Township area, along with storm damage inspections.
Working where you live
There is a practical difference between a contractor who works in a town and one who is based in it. Callbacks are the clearest example. Coming back to look at something is cheap for us here and expensive for a company driving in from another county.
It also means our reputation here is not abstract. The work we do in Refton is visible to the people we live near.
Storm damage locally
The 4 July 2026 wind event affected townships across the county. Refton and Providence Township sit in the southern part of the county where exposure is more open, which tends to mean wind damage rather than hail damage. Wind is the peril worth inspecting for here.
